If you are unhappy with your item for any reason then you may return it to us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.  Items recieved damaged or broken need to be identified within 5 days of reciept of product and brought to our attention if items are to be replaced or refunded.

Returns and exchanges are not accepted for any reason after 30 days of your item being delivered.

Customized items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange unless recieved them as damaged.

To initiate a return please send us an email at rocklodgehave@outlook.com.  If your return request is approved then you may ship the item back to us with instructions that will be sent to you through email.

You as the buyer are responsible to pay the return shipping costs.

Once we've recieved your return items we will inspect them.  Return items must be in original packaging with tags to be accepted for a return.  If your items are approved then we will send you an email to let you know that we are processing your return.  It usually takes us 3-5 business days to process return and issue a refund.  Once we have issued the refund it will be up to your banking institution for how long it will take to get to your account.

Items will be shipped with tracking and insurance within 48 hours of purchase.  Items will typically ship through USPS.
